The above was gathered over the last day or two. I can't say specifically which is best or not. They all now come with 1 click Mod/Plug-in installation which is a great feature to have. You do need to watch out for the unlimited plans sometimes, because from what many say, you'll experience issues on the server.
After making this list, I decided the top three were best options for me, including BeastNode, CubedHost, and Exodus Hosting. These all have numerous online reviews, they have many options, and are fair priced. In the end I settled on ExodusHosting. So far the experience has been mixed, though this isn't due to Exodus, but rather learning MultiCraft Control Panel. It makes for simple mod install, though not all the config files are always loaded and can be hard to figure it out if not used to it. This is increasingly so if using smaller, less popular mods which may not have many tutorials available.
